Help in lobbying the Portland school board

The Portland Public Schools board of directors is responsible for setting policy in the Portland school district related to military recruiters' access to students in Portland schools.  As such, many of our efforts are directed at influencing their policy decisions to limit recruiter access to students and to ensure that portayals of military life given to students are accurate and appropriate.   Please contact us if you are interested in helping with these lobbying efforts.

Help with student outreach in local high schools

Attend a war tax resistance workshop

Write letters to newspapers and government officials
